Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Full-Time Position in Los Angeles, California

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a rewarding opportunity in California. This role will allow you to utilize your expertise in mental health services. Positions involve conducting and documenting mental health assessments, treatment progress notes, individual and group therapy notes, as well as suicide risk evaluations. You will also escalate patient needs to appropriate healthcare providers when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough biopsychosocial assessments for mental health, substance use, and medical concerns in a primary care environment.
• Deliver behavioral health services, including individual, family, and couples therapy, crisis management, intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, and referrals to substance abuse services.
• Provide referrals, social work support, and liaise with community resources, including medication assistance programs.
• Work closely with Quality Improvement teams to establish data collection protocols.

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 annually

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Valid LCSW license in California.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience delivering clinical services.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and related software.
• Ability to complete clinical documentation in an electronic health record (EHR) system.
