Full-Time LCSW Job Opening in Elk Grove, California

We are currently hiring a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for an exciting role in California. This is a great opportunity to contribute your expertise in mental health while engaging with diverse patient populations. Duties include performing mental health evaluations, documenting progress, and conducting suicide risk assessments, with the ability to escalate patient concerns when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments for mental health, substance abuse, and medical conditions in a primary care environment.
• Offer counseling services to individuals, families, and couples, including intake, treatment planning, crisis management, and referrals to treatment programs for substance use disorders.
• Serve as a liaison between patients and community resources, offering referrals and social work support as needed.
• Collaborate with Quality Improvement teams to implement and refine data collection procedures.

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 annually

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Current LCSW license in California.
• At least 2 years of clinical service experience.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Outlook, Word, and other relevant software.
• Ability to maintain clinical records using an electronic health record (EHR) system.
