Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Los Angeles, California Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team full-time in California. In this role, you will utilize your clinical skills to conduct evaluations, document progress, assess suicide risks, and ensure appropriate escalation of patient care to providers.

Job Type: Full-time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Perform biopsychosocial assessments for mental health, substance use, and medical issues within a primary care environment.
• Provide behavioral health counseling services, including individual, family, and couples therapy, intake assessments, treatment planning, crisis management, and substance abuse referrals.
• Coordinate with local resources, offering referrals and social work support, including access to medication assistance programs.
• Work alongside Quality Improvement teams to refine data collection and management processes.

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 annually

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Active LCSW license in California.
• At least 2 years of clinical service experience.
• Familiarity with MS Outlook, Word, and other relevant computer programs.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) documentation.
