Looking for a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Beaverton, Oregon

We are excited to welcome an LCSW to our healthcare team. This role involves delivering essential mental health services to patients while collaborating with a care-focused team. Responsibilities include conducting social work assessments and implementing interventions as needed.

Job Type: Full-time, Remote
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Track and document client progress based on goals outlined in the treatment plan.
• Conduct patient and family interviews to prepare psychosocial assessments addressing key concerns.
• Identify clients at risk and create strategies to prevent the escalation of conditions.
• Analyze data and collaborate with the care team to establish unified care plans supporting patient health.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus a robust benefits package.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work.
• Active LCSW license in Oregon.
• Proficient in clinical assessments and treatment planning.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
