Type: Full-Time, Flexible, remote scheduling
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed client assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
• Apply evidence-informed approaches to support client well-being.
• Accurately maintain clinical documentation in line with compliance standards.
• Work collaboratively with a skilled multidisciplinary team.
• Provide guidance and education to clients and their families.
• Keep abreast of emerging trends in mental health care.

Compensation: $90,000 – $110,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active LCSW license in the state.
• At least two years of clinical experience.
• Expertise in solution-focused therapeutic techniques.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Enjoys working in a collaborative setting.
