Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth assessments and establish tailored care plans.
• Use evidence-based strategies to enhance client outcomes.
• Maintain secure and detailed documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide holistic support.
• Provide education and counseling to clients and families.
• Remain up-to-date with developments in mental health care.

Compensation: $90,000 – $110,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active LCSW license in the state of Wyoming.
• At least two years of professional clinical experience.
• Knowledgeable in solution-focused therapy techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Critical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Comfortable working in collaborative settings.
