Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Full-Time Opportunity in Irvine, California

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Coordinate care with a diverse team of mental health professionals.
• Participate in team meetings and peer case reviews to enhance treatment strategies.
• Provide guidance and education to clients and families on mental health resources.
• Stay current with best practices and new developments in therapeutic approaches.

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Licensed as an LCSW in the state.
• At least two years of clinical experience in mental health care.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in solution-focused therapy.
