Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Full-Time Position Available in Rancho Cucamonga, California

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other providers to ensure seamless care.
• Engage in ongoing clinical discussions to maintain high standards of service.
• Support clients and families by providing education on mental health and resources.
• Utilize evidence-based approaches to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current LCSW license in the state.
• Minimum two years of clinical experience in mental health services.
