An exciting opening is available for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in North Dakota. In this role, the LCSW will provide therapeutic support to clients dealing with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and substance abuse. You will be part of a compassionate team dedicated to improving clients' mental well-being and helping them through challenging times.

Position Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate, timely records in line with industry standards.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to provide high-quality counseling services.
• Track client progress and contribute to individualized treatment plans.
• Apply evidence-based therapeutic techniques to ensure effective client care.
• Assist families by providing valuable resources and support for healing.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus a full benefits package.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active LCSW license in North Dakota.
• Experience with older adults is a plus.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
