Licensed Clinical Social Workers – Gillette, Wyoming

Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized care plans.
• Apply evidence-based practices to promote client healing and recovery.
• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for holistic care delivery.
• Provide clients and their families with supportive education and emotional guidance.
• Engage in ongoing learning to stay current with mental health trends.

Salary & Benefits:

• $90,000 to $110,000, plus full benefits.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university.
• Active LCSW license in Wyoming.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience.
• Knowledge of solution-focused therapeutic approaches.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
