Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform detailed evaluations to create tailored treatment strategies.
• Implement therapeutic interventions grounded in research and evidence.
• Keep meticulous records in line with compliance standards.
• Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
• Educate individuals and families about mental health and available support.
• Stay informed about advancements in mental health practices.

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, plus an attractive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Social Work and a California LCSW license.
• Preferred two (2) years of experience, though not required.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
• Strong ability to work autonomously and manage diverse cases.
