Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Role in Tehachapi, California – Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, along with full benefits.
Core Duties:
- Conducting thorough client evaluations.
- Utilizing proven strategies for behavior management.
- Providing therapy and counseling sessions.
- Working alongside a multidisciplinary team to achieve client goals.
- Equipping families with tools for long-term growth.
- Adopting evidence-based therapeutic methods.
- Keeping accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Required Credentials:
- Master’s degree in Social Work or related discipline.
- Active LCSW license in California.
- At least three years of experience in clinical services.
- Experience managing electronic health records.
- Proficiency with MS Office software.
