Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Full-Time Opportunity in Star, Las Vegas, Nevada

We are currently seeking an LCSW to provide direct clinical therapy services to individuals, couples, and families in need of support. As a clinical social worker, you will have the opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of your clients by providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions and addressing various mental health challenges. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to create positive change in the community while being part of a collaborative, supportive, and caring team.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performs intensive counseling, psychotherapy, case management, and treatment services with patients or clients
  • Perform a complete mental status exam and recognize changes in mental status
  • Maintain clear, concise, and thorough case notes, progress reports, and treatment plans.
  • Maintain a calm and empathetic approach in handling difficult or high-stress situations, with the goal of de-escalating emotional distress and offering solutions.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, including psychiatrists, case managers, community resources, and medical providers.
  • Facilitate therapeutic interventions in both individual and group settings, depending on client needs.
  • Share insights and strategies with colleagues to promote team success and enhance the quality of care we provide.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Appropriate Nevada License (LCSW) and ability to practice independently.
  • High level of empathy and emotional intelligence with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Proven experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
