Hiring! Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Full-Time Opportunity in North Las Vegas, Nevada

We are currently seeking an LCSW to provide direct clinical therapy services to individuals, couples, and families in need of support. As a clinical social worker, your role will involve offering therapeutic interventions and assessments that help clients navigate life's difficulties, overcome mental health barriers, and build long-lasting emotional resilience.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality counseling, psychotherapy, case management, and treatment services with patients or clients
  • Develop personalized, comprehensive treatment plans and collaborate with clients to ensure measurable goals.
  • Advocate for clients and connect them with necessary resources such as financial aid, housing support, or other social services.
  • Provide crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health issues, such as suicidal ideation, substance abuse crises, or severe trauma responses.
  • Participate in educational initiatives that foster mental health awareness and reduce stigma in the community.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA and other state/federal regulations.
  • Receive ongoing mentorship to support both clinical and personal growth.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Appropriate Nevada License (LCSW) and ability to practice independently.
  • Compassionate, empathetic approach to client care with a focus on cultural competence and understanding diverse backgrounds.
  • Proven experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
