Licensed Clinical Social Worker | Fully Remote Role in San Luis Obispo, California

Position Title: Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $110,000–$130,000 annually, with robust benefits

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support clients through virtual social work services tailored to their circumstances.
• Conduct client evaluations, create actionable care plans, and provide ongoing assistance.
• Advocate for client access to necessary resources and services.
• Work with a collaborative team to ensure clients receive well-rounded care.

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Current California LCSW license.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in social work.
• Ability to adapt to remote work while delivering high-quality client care.
