Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Full-Time Opportunity in Springfield, Massachusetts

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients to set clear, measurable goals and help them navigate through emotional challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.
  • Conduct intake assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track progress throughout the therapeutic process.
  • Design and modify treatment plans to guide clients toward their personal goals.
  • To establish and maintain effective and mutually respectful relationships with professionals and support staff
  • Write detailed progress notes, treatment summaries, and case reports as needed to document client care.
  • Engage in crisis intervention when needed, providing immediate support and linking clients to appropriate resources.
  • Stay informed on the latest developments in mental health practices.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Appropriate Massachusetts License (LCSW).
  • Strong diagnostic and assessment skills, with the ability to identify and treat a wide range of mental health disorders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong ethical standards, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client care.
