Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) – Full-Time Opportunity in North Las Vegas, Nevada

We are currently seeking an LCSW to provide comprehensive mental health therapy services to individuals, couples, and families in need of support.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient health histories via direct interviews with patients and/or their families
• Utilize specialized knowledge and skills to deliver effective care, identify potential diagnoses, and create targeted interventions
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and documentation
• Promptly respond to patient inquiries, ensure follow-up on referrals, and provide consistent communication
• Occasionally serve as the designated on-call clinician to address patient emergencies during scheduled work hours
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including primary care providers, specialists, psychiatrists, and community programs, to ensure comprehensive behavioral healthcare for patients of all ages

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active and valid Nevada Social Worker (LCSW) license and ability to practice independently
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
• Expertise with psychosocial assessments, clinical interventions, and treatment planning
• Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams
