Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Full-Time Opportunity in Santa Rosa, California

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in an Outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various therapeutic techniques and case management, with a focus on providing high-quality support to individuals and families

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing behavioral therapy techniques to promote positive change
  • Engage in clinical counseling, offering support for a range of issues including aging, mental health challenges, and family dynamics
  • Manage case files and maintain accurate medical records, ensuring compliance with medical terminology standards
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and resources for clients.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions, fostering a supportive environment for participants to share experiences and coping strategies
  • Address aging issues counseling, providing specialized support for elderly clients and their families

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • Active, unrestricted LCSW licensure in the state of California
  • Extensive knowledge of mental health conditions and best practices for psychological treatment
  • Well-developed listening and interview skills to explore patient needs and administer treatment plans
  • Strong verbal communication skills to counsel and advise patients
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to develop effective treatment plans
