Now Hiring: Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Full-Time Position in Santa Ana, California
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team! In this role, you’ll provide therapy, counseling, and crisis intervention while working alongside a dedicated healthcare team to support clients’ mental health needs.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 per year + benefits
Key Duties:
- Conduct assessments and create treatment plans
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with families and care teams to support patient progress
- Use evidence-based interventions to address mental health challenges
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work or related field
- Active California LCSW license
- At least two years of clinical experience
- Strong proficiency in mental health treatment approaches
