Hiring! Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Full-Time Opportunity in Swanzey, New Hampshire

We are currently seeking an LCSW to provide direct clinical therapy services to individuals, couples, and families in need of support. As a clinical social worker, your primary responsibility is to help individuals overcome personal and systemic challenges.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' needs, histories, and challenges, and diagnose mental health conditions.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that address clients' specific needs, incorporating various therapeutic techniques and strategies.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy to help clients manage their mental health conditions, cope with challenges, and improve their well-being.
  • Respond to crisis situations and provide immediate support to clients in need.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists, physicians, and therapists, to ensure clients receive comprehensive care.
  • Connect clients with appropriate community resources, such as support groups, housing assistance, and employment services.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client assessments, treatment plans, and progress.
  • Advocate for clients' rights and needs within the healthcare system and community.
  • Educate clients and families about mental health and coping strategies

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Appropriate New Hampshire License (LCSW) and ability to practice independently.
  • Proven experience providing clinical service to individuals, couples, and/or families.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and evidence-based practices
  • Cultural competence and sensitivity
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
