Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Full-Time Opportunity in Grand Forks, North Dakota

We are currently seeking an LCSW to provide comprehensive clinical social work services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and counseling to clients facing a range of social and mental health challenges.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals
• Collaborate with other professionals (e.g., psychiatrists, psychologists, physicians, case managers) to ensure coordinated care
• Identify and connect clients with appropriate resources and support services
• Stay current with relevant professional standards and best practices

Requirements:

• Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited program
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in North Dakota
• 2+ years of clinical social work experience
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnosis skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and counseling skills
• Knowledge of relevant social work theories and practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of community resources and referral processes
