Job Type: Full Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

Job Type: Full Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide consultation services to other staff about the psychosocial needs of patients and the impact of psychosocial problems on health care and compliance with treatment.
- Participate in professional peer review case conferences, research studies, or other organizations required at the facility.
- Use medical and mental health diagnoses, disabilities, and treatment procedures. This includes acute, chronic, and traumatic illnesses/injuries, common medications and their effects/side effects, and medical terminology.
- Collaborate with other internal departments and external community-based organizations and providers, as needed.
- Participate actively in supervision to assess and improve professional/clinical competence and actively seek professional development opportunities.
- A completed master's in social work
- 1+ years in a leadership role in a relevant setting (outpatient setting
- Current licensure/registration in the state of program operation
