LCSW – Full-Time Role with Growth & Flexibility

Looking for a new opportunity? We’re hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide essential mental health services in Oakland, California. This full-time position offers a remote or outpatient setting, allowing you to work in a supportive, well-equipped environment.

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• $90,000 - $100,000/year + comprehensive benefits

Duties:

• Perform thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Support individuals and families through therapy and counseling.
• Stay current with best practices in evidence-based treatment.

Qualifications:

• Master’s in Social Work + Active LCSW license.
• 2+ years of clinical experience in a therapy setting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
