Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 annually, plus a robust benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive assessments and craft individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based interventions to support mental health recovery.
  • Maintain detailed clinical documentation in accordance with compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.
  • Educate clients and families on mental health management and resources.
  • Stay current on emerging mental health practices and integrate them into your work.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Current LCSW license in good standing.
  • Proven expertise in clinical assessments, treatment planning, and interventions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to remote technology platforms.
