Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)– Hinesville, Georgia
We are seeking a skilled and empathetic LCSW to join our mental health team in Georgia. In this full-time role, you will provide therapeutic counseling, case management, and advocacy services to individuals and families. You will help clients navigate mental health challenges, connect with resources, and promote their overall well-being.
Job Type: Full Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 per year + benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based practices.
- Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Provide crisis intervention and support for clients in acute distress.
- Assist clients in accessing community resources such as housing, healthcare, and financial aid.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and medical staff to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain detailed clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Advocate for client rights and support their long-term wellness goals.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Active LCSW license in Georgia.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health or social services.
- Strong proficiency in case management, therapeutic interventions, and crisis de-escalation.
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and CBT techniques.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
