About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled LCSW to join our mental health team in Georgia. In this fully remote role, you will provide virtual therapy and support services to individuals and families dealing with emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. You will utilize secure telehealth platforms to deliver personalized care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote positive mental health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms.
• Perform virtual psychosocial assessments and create customized treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization support remotely.
• Assist clients in navigating online resources and connecting with local services.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, counselors, and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
• Uphold HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards in all telehealth interactions.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Active LCSW license in Georgia.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health or social services.
• Previous experience in telehealth counseling is preferred.
• Proficiency in trauma-informed care, CBT, and crisis intervention techniques.
• Strong technological proficiency with telehealth platforms and EHR systems.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a private, professional workspace.
