Now Hiring: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Location: Ithaca, New York (Onsite Outpatient Clinic)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Competitive Compensation: $90,000 – $120,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (9AM-5PM)

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our outpatient clinic in New York. In this role, you will provide direct mental health services, offering therapy, support, and care coordination to individuals and families facing emotional and behavioral challenges.

Job Duties:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy in an in-person outpatient setting.
  • Utilize evidence-based interventions, including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care.
  • Offer crisis intervention and referrals to community resources.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in compliance with New York state regulations.
  • Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Active LCSW license in New York, in good standing.
  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient or mental health settings.
  • Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus.
