Location: Stayton, Oregon

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $100,000 - $130,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in Oregon. In this role, you will be responsible for counseling individuals, groups, or families to diagnose and treat mental health disorders. The responsibilities also include referring clients to specialists, monitoring progress during treatment, and creating a comfortable environment where clients can be treated.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, solution-focused therapy).
  • Offer crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as needed.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, holistic care.
  • Assist clients with resource navigation, including housing, financial support, and community services.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards.
  • Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and continuing education.

Requirements:

  • Active LCSW license in the state of Oregon.
  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
  • Experience with case management and crisis intervention.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
