Position Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing team in Georgia. In this role, you will provide individual, group, and family therapy, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure clients receive the highest quality of care. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mental health, skilled in therapeutic interventions, and committed to making a meaningful impact in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities.
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Offer crisis intervention and support for clients in acute distress.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, counselors, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Advocate for clients and connect them with community resources and support services.
- Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
- Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and continuous professional development.
- Utilize trauma-informed and culturally competent practices.
Qualifications:
- Active LCSW license in the state of Georgia.
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience in mental health or social services.
- Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic interventions (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR).
- Strong skills in case management, assessment, and crisis intervention.
- Experience with EMR systems and thorough clinical documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team.
