Exciting Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Position in Gresham, Oregon

We’re expanding our team with an LCSW who’ll play a pivotal role in delivering mental health services that enhance community well-being. This role involves conducting assessments and working collaboratively to create effective care plans.

Job Type: Full-time, Remote
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annually, plus a robust benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and record client achievements based on care plan objectives.
• Perform psychosocial evaluations through patient and family consultations.
• Assist with identifying at-risk individuals and crafting prevention plans.
• Partner with care teams to develop unified approaches to health and wellness.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work.
• Active LCSW license in Oregon.
• Strong background in clinical evaluations and treatment planning.
