Clinical Social Worker (Remote)

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits
Schedule: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled, fully licensed clinical social worker with experience in providing psychotherapy. Our treatment programs include primary diagnoses of anxiety, depression, substance dependencies, trauma, and other co-occurring behavioral health conditions. Sessions are conducted via secure video. Scheduling and documentation are conducted through a secure web platform.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct video intake assessments with new members to understand their symptoms, functioning, and daily habits
- Design and implement personalized programs incorporating activities that seamlessly integrate into members' daily lives
- Provide ongoing support and guidance through our digital platform, offering real-time encouragement, psychoeducation, and program adjustments
- Monitor member progress through engagement data and clinical assessments to continuously optimize care plans
- Celebrate member successes and collaboratively problem-solve barriers to engagement
- Document member interactions and maintain clinical records according to professional standards
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers to ensure integrated care.
- Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and continuing education opportunities.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work with a current state license in good standing
- 2+ years clinical Social Work experience with LCSW or higher
- Experience with simulation-based education is preferred
- Experience with providing clinical supervision is preferred
- Experience with higher education in social work is preferred
- High level of comfort with using technology daily and in learning new technologies
- Top-notch written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well with a team
- Extremely reliable and motivated to go the extra mile
