We are currently seeking an LCSW to provide direct clinical therapy services to individuals, couples, and families in need of support. As a clinical social worker, your primary responsibility is to promote patients' well-being.
Job Type: Full Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations to understand clients' needs, presenting issues, and potential diagnoses related to mental health
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments, including goals, interventions, and expected outcomes
- Deliver evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, or family therapy, depending on client needs
- Respond to immediate crises or urgent situations that clients may face
- Coordinate with other service providers, community resources, and healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive comprehensive care
- Support clients in navigating systems and advocating for their needs
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- Appropriate NC License (LCSW) and ability to practice independently.
- Compassionate, empathetic approach to client care with a focus on cultural competence and understanding diverse backgrounds.
- Proven experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
