Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Compensation: $100,000 to $110,000, with full benefits.

Role Overview:

  • Complete in-depth assessments and design personalized care plans for clients.
  • Utilize evidence-backed interventions to improve outcomes for clients.
  • Keep meticulous and private clinical documentation.
  • Partner with a diverse team to provide integrated care.
  • Offer valuable educational tools and emotional support to clients and families.
  • Stay updated on evolving practices in mental health care.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited school.
  • Active LCSW license in Wyoming.
  • At least two years of clinical experience.
  • Expertise in solution-oriented therapeutic techniques.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative team player.
