Licensed Clinical Social Workers – Rawlins, Wyoming

Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Compensation: $100,000 to $110,000, with full benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized care plans.
- Apply evidence-based practices to promote client healing and recovery.
- Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for holistic care delivery.
- Provide clients and their families with supportive education and emotional guidance.
- Engage in ongoing learning to stay current with mental health trends.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university.
- Active LCSW license in Wyoming.
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience.
- Knowledge of solution-focused therapeutic approaches.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
