We're Hiring: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

About This Opportunity:

We’re currently seeking a compassionate and licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide in-person mental health services at our private practice. This role involves working closely with individuals and families in need of support, providing direct clinical services, and contributing to a multidisciplinary team focused on whole-person care.

Job Duties:

• Conduct in-person individual, group, or family therapy sessions
• Complete intake assessments and create personalized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and ethical standards
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and other providers
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and professional development activities

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active LCSW license in the state of California (required)
• Strong clinical skills with experience in evidence-based practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable working with diverse populations and underserved communities
• Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is preferred
