Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Full-time Opportunities in Riverton, Wyoming
We are hiring an empathetic Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our mission-driven team. In this role, you will support individuals in building resilience and improving their well-being through effective therapeutic approaches. Type: Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 annually, with a competitive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Develop personalized goals for each client and track progress.
• Adjust treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations.
• Provide counseling and guidance during individual sessions.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client progress and interactions.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active LCSW license in Wyoming.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic methods.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.
