Full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Powell, Wyoming
We’re expanding our team and looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who thrives in supporting individuals to achieve healthier and more balanced lives. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference through professional and compassionate care.

Type: Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 annually, plus attractive benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to set clear, measurable treatment objectives.
• Continuously assess and refine individualized care plans.
• Provide guidance and therapeutic support during sessions.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client progress.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Valid LCSW license in Wyoming.
• Minimum of two years of hands-on clinical experience.
• Proficiency in therapeutic methodologies, such as solution-focused techniques.
• Exceptional interpersonal and critical-thinking skills.
