Licensed Clinical Social Worker Role in Gillette, Wyoming
We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is committed to supporting individuals in navigating life’s obstacles. This position focuses on empowering clients through tailored care and collaborative problem-solving.

Type: Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 annually, with excellent benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Create customized treatment strategies to support client goals.
• Monitor progress and adapt plans as needed.
• Conduct one-on-one counseling to guide clients in their journey.
• Maintain up-to-date records of sessions and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from a recognized institution.
• Active LCSW license in Wyoming.
• At least two years of clinical social work experience.
• Expertise in evidence-based practices.
• Strong communication and critical thinking abilities.
