This is an opportunity for an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker to assist clients in improving their quality of life. You will provide focused care, develop strategies to enhance daily functioning, and play a key role in fostering client success.

Type: Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 annually, with a full benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Design individualized treatment approaches tailored to each client.
• Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed.
• Conduct counseling sessions with a focus on actionable outcomes.
• Maintain detailed and compliant client documentation.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from a reputable institution.
• Current LCSW license in Wyoming.
• Minimum of two years of experience in clinical social work.
• Proficiency in solution-oriented therapeutic techniques.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
