We're Hiring: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Location: Bella Vista, California

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

About This Opportunity:

We’re currently seeking a compassionate and licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide in-person mental health services at our private practice. The LCSW will be responsible for delivering high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing counseling to address a variety of mental health concerns.

Job Duties:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure holistic support for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all clinical interactions in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Advocate for clients by connecting them with appropriate community resources and support services

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
  • Active LCSW license in the state of California.​
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, with a focus on [specific populations or issues, e.g., children, trauma, substance abuse].
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.​
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and Microsoft Office Suite.​
