About This Opportunity:

We’re looking for warm, experienced, and motivated Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to join our remote team. This role involves providing telehealth therapy services to adults, adolescents, or couples, depending on your interest and specialty.

Job Duties:

• Provide high-quality, trauma-informed therapy to individuals, couples, or families via secure video sessions
• Maintain clear, ethical, and timely documentation in our HIPAA-compliant EHR system
• Develop personalized treatment plans and revise them collaboratively with clients as needed
• Maintain clinical boundaries and uphold professional ethics as required by California BBS and NASW standards
• Participate in peer support, trainings, or consult groups

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active California LCSW license in good standing
• Residing in California (as required by telehealth regulations)
• At least 1 year poof st-licensure clinical experience preferred
• Competency with telehealth technology and electronic documentation
• Reliable internet connection and private, confidential workspace
• Strong commitment to providing culturally responsive, inclusive care
• Experience treating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, or relationship issues
• Experience with adolescents, young adults, or transitional-age youth
