  • Remote Work: All therapy and administrative tasks are done remotely, allowing you to practice from anywhere in Colorado
  • Steady Referrals: We match you with clients that align with your clinical interests and expertise
  • Full Administrative Support: We handle scheduling, billing, insurance, and tech—so you can focus on therapy
  • Competitive Compensation: Transparent per-session rates with opportunities for incentives and bonuses based on performance and client retention
  • Clinical Community: A supportive, non-competitive, and collaborative environment with peer consults, group supervision (optional), and regular team check-ins

  • Optional Leadership Roles: Opportunities to take on clinical or administrative leadership positions as the practice grows

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy (depending on your preference and expertise) via a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform
  • Conduct intake assessments to gather client histories, treatment goals, and develop personalized, trauma-informed treatment plans
  • Offer psychoeducation, coping strategies, and resource referrals to clients as needed
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation in the practice’s EHR system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and Colorado regulations
  • Manage a manageable caseload that suits your schedule and professional goals

Requirements:

  • Education: Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
  • Active LCSW license in Colorado
  • Proven experience providing therapy in a virtual or remote setting
  • Strong foundation in clinical social work with a focus on trauma-informed care and a client-centered approach
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to build rapport and therapeutic alliances with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with remote work and telehealth platforms
  • A private, confidential space for conducting virtual sessions with secure internet access
