Clinical Social Worker (Remote)
Location: Edwards, Colorado
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits
Schedule: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Responsibilities:
- Provide individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy (depending on your preference and expertise) via a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform
- Conduct intake assessments to gather client histories, treatment goals, and develop personalized, trauma-informed treatment plans
- Offer psychoeducation, coping strategies, and resource referrals to clients as needed
- Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation in the practice’s EHR system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and Colorado regulations
- Manage a manageable caseload that suits your schedule and professional goals
Requirements:
- Education: Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Active LCSW license in Colorado
- Proven experience providing therapy in a virtual or remote setting
- Strong foundation in clinical social work with a focus on trauma-informed care and a client-centered approach
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build rapport and therapeutic alliances with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with remote work and telehealth platforms
- A private, confidential space for conducting virtual sessions with secure internet access
