Job Title: Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Location: 100% Remote (Must reside in Los Alamitos, California)

Start Date: Rolling / As soon as credentialed and ready

Job Summary:

We serve a diverse population of adults, teens, and families seeking therapy for issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationships, identity exploration, and life transitions. As a remote-first practice, we are built for flexibility and freedom, allowing our clinicians to focus on what they do best: delivering high-quality care without the burden of administrative overhead or long commutes.

We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is passionate about client care and comfortable working in a telehealth environment. You’ll deliver virtual therapy via HIPAA-compliant platforms from the comfort of your home or office.

You’ll maintain a manageable caseload, set your schedule, and be supported by a fully remote clinical and administrative team.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

Job Requirements:

  • Active LCSW license in California (must reside in CA)
  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
  • At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience
  • Experience with teletherapy platforms (or tech-savvy and willing to learn)
  • Private, professional, HIPAA-compliant space to conduct virtual sessions
  • Strong clinical writing and documentation skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a virtual setting
  • Specialized training in EMDR, DBT, CBT, ACT, trauma-informed care, or somatic therapies
  • Experience working with marginalized communities or specific populations (e.g., LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, young adults, neurodiverse clients)

What You Can Expect Day-to-Day

  • Provide individual (and/or couples/family) therapy to clients via secure video conferencing
  • Complete intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and track clinical progress
  • Use evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to client needs
  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in our EHR system
  • Attend optional peer consultations, virtual training, or team meetings (fully remote)
  • Collaborate with referral sources or coordinate care with other providers when appropriate
  • Uphold ethical, legal, and professional standards as set by the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS)
