Location: Palm Harbor, Florida

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

About the Role:

We believe that a thriving clinician is key to fostering healing, so we’ve built a supportive and collaborative work environment where you can flourish professionally. We’re currently looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our passionate team in providing in-person therapy services to individuals and families across Florida.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will work directly with individuals, couples, and families in in-person settings to provide psychotherapy, support, and guidance. This is an excellent opportunity to take your clinical expertise and make a real difference in the lives of people within your community. You’ll receive the autonomy to build your caseload, while also benefiting from referrals and clinical collaboration with a team of experienced professionals.

Benefits We Offer:

  • Flexibility: Create a schedule that works for you. We prioritize a healthy work-life balance
  • Remote Work: All therapy and administrative tasks are done remotely, allowing you to practice from anywhere in Colorado
  • Steady Referrals: We match you with clients that align with your clinical interests and expertise
  • Full Administrative Support: We handle scheduling, billing, insurance, and tech—so you can focus on therapy
  • Competitive Compensation: Transparent per-session rates with opportunities for incentives and bonuses based on performance and client retention
  • Clinical Community: A supportive, non-competitive, and collaborative environment with peer consults, group supervision (optional), and regular team check-ins
  • Professional Development: Access to continuing education stipends, clinical resources, and opportunities for leadership within the practice
  • Optional Leadership Roles: Opportunities to take on clinical or administrative leadership positions as the practice grows

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy (depending on your preference and expertise) via a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform
  • Conduct intake assessments to gather client histories, treatment goals, and develop personalized, trauma-informed treatment plans
  • Offer psychoeducation, coping strategies, and resource referrals to clients as needed
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation in the practice’s EHR system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and Colorado regulations
  • Manage a manageable caseload that suits your schedule and professional goals

Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds an active LCSW license in the state of Florida
  • Has at least 2 years of post-licensure experience in clinical social work
  • Passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families
  • Experienced in CBT, DBT, trauma-informed therapy, and family systems
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented setting
  • Bonus: Experience working with adolescents, trauma survivors, or community mental health populations
