About This Opportunity:

Our clinicians serve a wide range of clients across California, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care through a lens of cultural humility, trauma awareness, and relational connection.

As our team continues to grow, we are excited to welcome a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is passionate about providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families—and who values community, flexibility, and professional fulfillment.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced LCSW who thrives in a collaborative and autonomous environment. Whether you specialize in trauma, life transitions, grief, mood disorders, or family systems, we want to support you in doing the work that matters most to you.

Job Duties:

  • Provide psychotherapy to clients (individuals, couples, families, or groups) via telehealth and/or in person
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments, develop collaborative treatment plans, and provide ongoing clinical support
  • Maintain timely, HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation using our EHR platform
  • Collaborate with other providers, referral sources, or external supports as needed
  • Attend optional team meetings or peer consults to stay connected and supported
  • Uphold ethical and legal standards of care in accordance with California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) guidelines

Required Qualifications:

  • Active LCSW license in the state of California (must be in good standing)
  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy (post-licensure preferred)
  • Solid foundation in evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, ACT, psychodynamic, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team culture
  • Proficiency (or willingness to learn) EHR systems and telehealth platforms

Preferred:

  • Bilingual (Spanish, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Mandarin, etc.)
  • Specialized training in modalities such as EMDR, DBT, CBT, motivational interviewing, or somatic therapies
  • Experience with underserved communities, school-based programs, or community mental health
  • Comfort using EHR systems (e.g., SimplePractice, TherapyNotes)

Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary – based on experience and credentials
  • Flexible Scheduling – including hybrid or telehealth options
  • Health & Wellness Benefits – medical, dental, vision, and mental health coverage
  • Generous PTO – vacation, sick leave, and holidays
  • Continuing Education Support – CEU reimbursements and internal trainings
  • Clinical Consultation – weekly case conferences and peer support
  • Supportive Team Environment – we believe in collaboration, not isolation
  • Mission-Driven Culture – rooted in integrity, inclusion, and human dignity

Our Team is committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and affirming environment. We strongly encourage applications from clinicians of all backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences.
