Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

We seek a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. Whether your passion lies in individual therapy, group work, systemic advocacy, or supporting vulnerable populations, this is a place where you can bring your full clinical voice to the table.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will provide psychotherapy to clients across a broad range of presenting concerns, utilizing a strengths-based and holistic approach. You’ll also play a vital role in supporting clients in navigating life challenges that intersect with mental health, such as housing insecurity, trauma, social inequities, and family systems.

Job Duties:

  • Conduct intake assessments, biopsychosocial evaluations, and risk assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized, client-centered treatment plans
  • Provide individual, couples, or group therapy using evidence-based modalities
  • Collaborate with other providers, case managers, and community organizations when appropriate
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and ethical documentation in accordance with BBS and HIPAA standards
  • Attend team meetings and peer consultations (optional but encouraged)
  • Stay current on licensure requirements and continuing education

Required Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted LCSW license in the state of California (required)
  • MSW from a CSWE-accredited graduate program
  • Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, systems theory, and evidence-based practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and documentation skills
  • Experience with (or willingness to learn) electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative clinical culture
  • Bilingual or multilingual clinicians are especially encouraged to apply
