What You’ll Do:

• Provide individual, couple, or family therapy (you choose your focus and caseload)
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and create collaborative, goal-driven treatment plans
• Deliver therapy using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches
• Maintain timely clinical documentation in accordance with BBS standards
• Participate in optional peer consultations, trainings, and community meetings

Who You Are:

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of California
• Master’s in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
• Committed to providing culturally responsive, client-centered care
• Skilled in working independently and collaboratively
• Experienced with (or open to) telehealth platforms and electronic documentation
