Who Are You:

• Active LCSW-R license in New York State
• 2+ years of post-licensure experience preferred (supervision experience a plus)
• Strong clinical foundation in psychodynamic, CBT, trauma-informed, or integrative approaches
• Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive care
• Ability to work independently with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Interested in growing professionally within a stable, respected practice

What You’ll Do:

• Provide psychotherapeutic services to adults, adolescents, and/or couples (based on your specialty and preference)
• Use a variety of evidence-based and insight-oriented modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs
• Create treatment plans, maintain clinical documentation, and adhere to ethical standards
• Participate in team case consultations, trainings, and peer supervision (optional but encouraged)
• Enjoy autonomy in your work while benefiting from a collaborative, supportive environment
