Who Are You:
- Active LCSW-R license in New York State
- 2+ years of post-licensure experience preferred (supervision experience a plus)
- Strong clinical foundation in psychodynamic, CBT, trauma-informed, or integrative approaches
- Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive care
- Ability to work independently with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Interested in growing professionally within a stable, respected practice
What You’ll Do:
- Provide psychotherapeutic services to adults, adolescents, and/or couples (based on your specialty and preference)
- Use a variety of evidence-based and insight-oriented modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs
- Create treatment plans, maintain clinical documentation, and adhere to ethical standards
- Participate in team case consultations, trainings, and peer supervision (optional but encouraged)
- Enjoy autonomy in your work while benefiting from a collaborative, supportive environment
