LCSW Position – Full-Time Role in Cody, Wyoming

We are actively hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide therapy services that support client well-being. This position involves delivering evidence-based interventions to help clients manage challenges effectively.

Job Summary:

• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 annually, with benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Adjust therapeutic strategies as needed.
• Conduct individual therapy sessions.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work.
• Active LCSW license in Wyoming.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapy techniques.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
